Endeavor Health employees - Click Sign-in with @endeavorhealth.org Email & Password, using the same username and password you currently use for other Endeavor applications such as Epic, Outlook, etc (Single Sign-On/SSO). You should see a Microsoft Login screen with this option. If not, you may need to use Google Chrome. Please note: You may only utilize SSO offsite if your device is set up to remotely connect to the network.

All others - Click Sign-in with Personal Email and Password and use the credentials that provided to you by the CME department or the ones you set up yourself.
