Policies

Endeavor Health: Edward-Elmhurst Hospitals Accredited Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program is committed to offering high-quality, successful CME activities. Policies which support our accreditation through the Illinois State Medical Society (ISMS) have been developed and are outlined in the document below.  All CME activities offered through the Endeavor Health: Edward-Elmhurst Hospitals Accredited CME Program must adhere to these policies.

The Endeavor Health: Edward-Elmhurst Hospitals Accredited CME Program shall only provide and award AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ for educational activities that: (i) follow the procedures outlined in the document below; and (ii) are approved by the Program & Education Committee; and/or the Chair of the Program & Education Committee; and/or the majority members of the Program & Education Committee. Any activity that fails to comply with the policies outlined in this document will be suspended from receiving AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.
