This course will explore feelings of "imposter syndrome" in the context of providing care for the patients and families that entrust our physicians and APPs.

We will begin to set the stage with what "imposter syndrome" is and the reasons behind those feelings. In the session, we will use the research and learning to then dive into true feelings our physicians and APPs may have around this concept. This is an opportunity to support our own care providers to feel seen, heard, and supporting while also learning strategies for confidence and excellence.

1. Recognize what "imposter syndrome" is and may feel like.
2. Understand why so many successful healthcare leaders have these feelings.
3. Evaluate their own feelings of skill, value and capability and how to best manage these feelings.
4. Identify supportive spaces for physicians and APPs to improve their well-being.
