Registration
Use the blue Register button to register for RSS Activities. This can be done all at once through the end of the year, per month, or per activity. It is important to register to ensure that your name is associated with the activity.

Why This is Important: Twenty million Americans experience some form of neuropathy, and 16% of U.S. households contain an individual with a brain impairment. One hundred million people have chronic pain, 70 million experience sleep/wakefulness problems, and 69 million have vestibular and balance disorders; altogether, these cases constitute 54% of incidents of the top 10 neurologic diseases. The prevalence of migraines alone is 28 million. Additionally, nearly 500,000 cases of brain tumor, multiple sclerosis, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis are diagnosed each year. These most common neurological diseases cost the US over $789 billion in 2014, and this figure is projected to grow as the elderly population doubles between through 2050. What This Education Will Do: This activity was designed to address knowledge, competence, and patient outcomes for the various neurological diseases so providers can utilize the evidence-based information provided for healthcare planning and resource allocation.

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:


  1. 1. Correlate the treatment of neuro diseases and their different presentations.
  2. 2. Assess the care of individual identified neuro cases for improvement opportunities.
  3. 3. Critically analyze the management of neuro cases to improve overall health outcomes.
