Endeavor Health employees - Click Sign-in with @endeavorhealth.org Email & Password, using the same username and password you currently use for other Endeavor applications such as Epic, Outlook, etc. You should see a Microsoft Login screen with this option. If not, you may need to use Google Chrome.

Please note that single-sign on only works on site or on devices set up to access your work email.

All others - Click Sign-in with Personal Email and Password and use the credentials that were provided to you by the CME department or the ones you set up yourself.
