Endeavor Health employees - Click Sign-in with @endeavorhealth.org Email & Password, using the same username and password you currently use for other Endeavor applications such as Epic, Outlook, etc (Single Sign-On/SSO). You should see a Microsoft Login screen with this option. If not, you may need to use Google Chrome. Please note: You may only utilize SSO offsite if your device is set up to remotely connect to the network, i.e. mobile device management on your phone.

Note: The CloudCME mobile application downloaded from the App Store or Google Play store does not work with SSO at this time; we are working with ISS on re-implementing it. If you have attended a recurring activity (tumor board, case review), there should be a flyer at the session with instructions.

All others - Click Sign-in with Personal Email and Password and use the credentials that provided to you by the CME department or the ones you set up yourself.
